By accessing Trn.AI's mobile application, you consent to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you cannot use the service.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the mobile application and related services made available by Trn.AI (collectively, the "Services"). Trn.AI retains authority to terminate access immediately for any reason. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions.
The platform provides personalized training sessions and an AI coaching assistant through the Trn.AI mobile application. The Services are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Trn.AI does not provide medical advice, professional physical training, or personalised health/fitness consultation, and you use the Services entirely at your own risk.
Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-transferable license to download the application and access available portions of the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Trn.AI and its licensors.
Prohibited activities include removing proprietary notices; reproducing or modifying content; reverse engineering; framing portions of the Services; data-mining; unauthorized access attempts; and any use that violates applicable law.
Trn.AI may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.
The platform may incorporate third-party services and content that Trn.AI does not control or endorse. Apple is identified as a third-party beneficiary when you access the Services via the App Store.
The Services and all rights therein (including intellectual property rights) remain the property of Trn.AI or its licensors. Users gain no ownership interest.
Payment is processed through the App Store. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Subscription cancellation allows continued access through the current billing period.
Users must be at least 18 years old and comply with applicable laws. Misuse, property damage, and interference with other users are prohibited.
While users retain ownership of submitted content (comments, questions, feedback), they grant Trn.AI a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free licence to use, copy, modify, distribute, and otherwise exploit the User Content in connection with the Services.
Users are responsible for their devices, internet access, and data charges. Trn.AI does not guarantee the Services will work on any specific device or without interruption.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". Trn.AI MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE SERVICES' ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR SUITABILITY. The AI coaching and training sessions do not constitute medical or professional advice.
Trn.AI excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
Users agree to defend Trn.AI and related parties against claims arising from their use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Disputes proceed through binding arbitration rather than the courts, except that small-claims court remains available. Consumer protection rights vary by jurisdiction and cannot be waived unlawfully.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Trn.AI may revise these Terms unilaterally. Your continued use of the Services after the changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Residents of certain jurisdictions may possess additional consumer protection rights, including the ability to file complaints.
